Rifles Looking For New H-C

After two full seasons as Head Coach of the Winnipeg Rifles, Ryan Karhut announced today he has accepted a full time CIS coaching position in the OUA.

The Rifles have named Winnipeg Rifles Defensive Coordinator Jason Park as Interim Head Coach. The Rifles Board of Directors will now begin the process of selecting and interviewing a new Head Coach for the 2015 Season. Details related to the application and selection process will be posted on the Rifles website at www.riflesfootball.com in the next few days.

“I want to thank the Rifles for the faith they have shown in me and the support provided in my time with them,” said Karhut.  “The fact this full-time coaching opportunity at the CIS level presented itself, demonstrates the attention and respect the Rifles organization receives nationwide.”

The Rifles wish Karhut well as he continues to elevate his coaching career.
