Tuesday was a tough one for the Saskatoon Contacts at the Telus Cup National Midget Triple-A Championship.
The Contacts were bounced 7-nothing Tuesday by the Quebec representative. Laval-Montréal would score four goals in a 3-29 span of the second period to pick up their first win of the tournament.
Saskatoon’s record drops to 1-and-1. The Saskatchewan champs will take on Red Deer, who are also 1-and-1, Wednesday.
