The Saskatoon Blades are pleased to announce that leftt-winger Collin Valcourt has been named as the team’s Heinrichs Jewellery Player Of The Month for November.

The 6’2, 216 pound forward from Red Deer, Alberta posted 4 goals and 8 assists for 12 points in 12 games during the month of November. To go along with the point-per-game month, Valcourt registered a +3 rating, 15 PIMs and three powerplay goals.

Valcourt’s biggest game during the month game on November 2nd when the Blades travelled to Swift Current. Saskatoon fell 7-6 in that game, but not before Valcourt put up 2 goals, 2 assists and 2 PIMs, with both of his goals coming with the man-advantage.

Valcourt currently sits 3rd in team scoring for Saskatoon with 13 goals and 22 assists for 35 points. He’s one of only 5 Blades to have suited up in all 30 games so far this season as he also leads the team with 7 powerplay goals in 2013-14.

Valcourt will be presented with a watch from Heinrichs Jewellery prior to an upcoming home game to commemorate his big month of November.
